How quickly can my flowers be delivered?

We offer same-day flower delivery throughout Wrocław for orders placed before the daily cut-off time. The exact delivery time depends on when your order is placed and the recipient’s location.

Mon–Sat: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM | 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM | 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Sun: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM | 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Extra Delivery
Need your flowers delivered outside our standard hours? We also offer early morning (7:00 AM – 11:00 AM) and evening (7:00 PM – 12:00 AM) delivery within Wrocław by prior arrangement.

Do you deliver flowers on weekends?

Yes! We deliver flowers on both Saturdays and Sundays.
We recommend placing your order in advance during busy occasions such as Valentine’s Day, International Women’s Day, and Mother’s Day to secure your preferred delivery time.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver flowers throughout Wrocław and to many surrounding towns.
Delivery within Wrocław is charged according to the delivery fee shown during checkout.
For deliveries outside Wrocław, an additional delivery fee applies depending on the destination.

What happens if the recipient isn’t at the delivery address?

BE MY FLOWER cannot be held responsible if:
1. The recipient is unavailable at the provided delivery address.
2. The recipient refuses to accept the order.
3. The recipient is not present during the selected delivery time.
In these situations, your order will be returned to our shop.

You may collect your order within 24 hours of the unsuccessful delivery attempt.
If you would like us to attempt delivery again, an additional courier fee will apply.
If a second delivery is declined and the order is not collected within 24 hours, the order is non-refundable, as the flowers and delivery service have already been prepared and completed.

Can I send flowers anonymously?

Yes. We can deliver your bouquet without revealing the sender’s identity. You can also include a personal message on a complimentary message card.

Can I add a message card to my order?

Yes! Every order includes a complimentary message card with your personal message.
If you’d like something more special, you can also purchase one of our premium greeting cards.

How do I place an order?

Ordering flowers is easy.
Simply choose your favourite bouquet, click “Add to Cart”, and follow the checkout process.
You can also place your order by contacting us via Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, WhatsApp, by phone, or by visiting our flower shop.

Do you accept last-minute orders?

Yes! We offer same-day flower delivery whenever possible.
If you need flowers delivered today, please give us a call and we’ll check the earliest available delivery time for you.

Jak mogę zapłacić za zamówienie?

How can I pay for my order?
We offer a variety of secure online payment options, including:
Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, BLIK, PayPal, Stripe.
Cash payment is available only if you choose in-store pickup and collect your bouquet from one of our flower shops.

Will my bouquet look exactly like the photos?

Every bouquet is handcrafted using fresh, seasonal flowers. We always strive to recreate the arrangement as closely as possible.
As flowers are natural products, slight variations in colour, shape, and bloom size are to be expected. If a particular flower or seasonal element is unavailable, we’ll carefully replace it with a similar variety that matches the original style and colour palette.

Can I order a flower box?

Absolutely! We offer flower box delivery throughout Wrocław and the surrounding areas.

How long do flowers last in a flower box?

Our flower boxes are designed to keep flowers fresh and beautifully arranged.
Each arrangement is placed in a floral foam soaked with water, ensuring the flowers stay continuously hydrated. The stems are also cut to an optimal length, allowing them to absorb water more efficiently.
With proper care, a flower box will typically stay fresh for 3–5 days, and often even longer.
Every flower box includes a Flower Care Guide to help you enjoy your arrangement for as long as possible.

How should I care for my bouquet after delivery?

To keep your flowers looking their best, we recommend:
- Changing the water every 1-2 days
- Trimming the stems before placing them in fresh water
- Keeping the bouquet away from direct sunlight and heat sources
