1. The organiser of the Competition is ART CONCEPT Vladyslav Kuzmenko, Tax Identification Number (NIP): PL 8943258532, REGON: 541483614, Sikorskiego 5H, 53-659 Wrocław, Poland (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser").
2. The Competition is organised within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
3. The Competition is conducted through the Organiser's official Instagram and/or Facebook profiles (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform").
4. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
5. The Competition runs from 25 February 2026 until 10 March 2026, ending at 11:59 PM (CET).

1. The Competition is open to natural persons who:
– are at least 18 years of age;
– have full legal capacity;
– are residents of the Republic of Poland.
2. Employees of the Organiser, persons involved in organising the Competition, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings) are not eligible to participate.
3. To enter the Competition, participants must fulfil all of the following requirements:
a) purchase a bouquet or floral arrangement with a minimum value of PLN 350 (gross) during the Competition period from the Organiser's flower shop or through its official sales channels;
b) retain proof of purchase, such as a fiscal receipt, VAT invoice, or other payment confirmation;
c) complete the competition task by answering the following question creatively:
"Who would you give a bouquet to, and why does that person deserve something truly special?"
d) submit their competition entry together with:
– full name;
– telephone number or email address;
– a photo or scanned copy of the proof of purchase;
using one of the following methods:
– by email to the address provided by the Organiser;
– via a private message sent through the Organiser's social media profile;
– by SMS to the telephone number specified by the Organiser.
4. Each participant may submit only one Competition entry, regardless of the number of qualifying purchases made.
5. Incomplete entries, entries containing false information, or entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions will be disqualified.
6. The Organiser reserves the right to verify compliance with the Competition requirements, including requesting the original proof of purchase.
7. Participation in the Competition is entirely voluntary.

1. This is a skill-based competition and contains no element of chance.
2. The winner will be selected by a Competition Jury appointed by the Organiser.
3. Entries will be evaluated based on:
– creativity;
– originality;
– emotional impact;
– relevance to the Competition theme.
4. One (1) winner will be selected from all valid entries.
5. The results will be announced on 12 March 2026 via the Organiser's social media platforms.
6. Within 7 days of being notified, the winner must provide:
– delivery details for the Prize;
– a photograph or scanned copy of the proof of purchase confirming the qualifying purchase amount.
Failure to respond within this period will result in forfeiture of the Prize.

1. The prize is an Apple iPhone 17 Pro (256 GB) (the "Prize").
2. The approximate retail value of the Prize is PLN 5,600 (gross).
3. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative prize.
4. The Prize will be shipped at the Organiser's expense within 14 days after the winner has provided all required information.

1. In accordance with Article 30(1)(2) of the Polish Personal Income Tax Act, the Prize is subject to a 10% flat-rate income tax.
2. The Organiser, acting as the tax remitter, will calculate, collect, and pay the applicable tax to the competent Polish tax authority where required by law.
3. If applicable law requires the tax to be paid before the Prize can be awarded, the Prize will be released only after the required tax has been settled.

1. The participant confirms that the submitted Competition entry is their own original work.
2. Upon announcement of the Competition results, the winner grants the Organiser a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the winning entry for promotional and marketing purposes, including publication on the internet, social media platforms, and advertising materials.

1. The controller of participants' personal data is ART CONCEPT Vladyslav Kuzmenko, based in Wrocław, Poland.
2. Personal data will be processed solely for the purposes of:
– administering the Competition;
– selecting the winner;
– delivering the Prize;
– fulfilling applicable tax and legal obligations.
3. Participants have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of their personal data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

1. Complaints relating to the Competition may be submitted:
– by email to art.concept.wro@gmail.com; or
– in writing to the Organiser's registered address.
2. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days of receipt.

1. These Terms & Conditions will remain available throughout the Competition period via the Organiser's official channels.
2. This Competition is not a game of chance, lottery, or promotional lottery within the meaning of the Polish Gambling Act.
3. Any matters not expressly governed by these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Poland.
