Delivery Terms & Costs

We deliver flowers 7 days a week, from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, throughout Wrocław and selected surrounding areas.

Standard Delivery — 35 PLN

For orders below 250 PLN.

Free Delivery

Enjoy free delivery within Wrocław during our standard delivery hours on orders over 250 PLN.

Standard Delivery Time Slots

Please note that the selected delivery window is approximate. While we always do our best to deliver within your chosen time slot, traffic conditions, a high volume of orders, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally result in slight delays.

Express Delivery (+50 PLN)

An additional 50 PLN applies for:
– Deliveries within Wrocław outside our standard delivery hours (7:00 AM – 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM), subject to prior confirmation.
– Delivery at a specific requested time (for example, 5:00 PM), which must also be arranged with the BE MY FLOWER team in advance.

Delivery Outside Wrocław — Zone 1 ↓ — 85 PLN

Długołęka, Bielany Wrocławskie, Wilczyce, Piecowice, Pietrzykowice, Nadolice Wielkie, Kamieniec Wrocławski, Jeszkowice, Radwanice, Żerniki Wrocławskie, Wysoka, Nowa Wieś Wrocławska, Mokronos Dolny, Wróblowice, Żurawiniec, Kąty Wrocławskie, Sobótka.

Delivery Outside Wrocław — Zone 2 ↓ — 185 PLN

Oleśnica, Brzeg Dolny, Oława, Trzebnica, Środa Śląska, Oborniki Śląskie, Dzierżoniów.

When Delivery Cannot Be Completed

Be My Flower cannot be held responsible if:
1. The recipient is not present at the delivery address.
2. The recipient refuses to accept the order.
3. The recipient is unavailable during the selected delivery time.

In these situations, the order will be returned to our studio.You may collect the order from our studio within 24 hours of the unsuccessful delivery attempt. If you would like us to attempt delivery again, an additional courier fee will apply. If a second delivery is declined and the order is not collected within 24 hours, the order is considered fulfilled and no refund can be issued, as all preparation and delivery costs have already been incurred.

Pickup Locations

You can collect your order from either of our florist studios ul. Sikorskiego 5H, 53-659 Wrocław & ul. Buforowa 87U, 52-131 Wrocław.

Pickup Hours

Orders are typically ready for collection within 2-3 hours. To choose Store Pickup, simply select "Store Pickup" in your cart. You'll then be able to choose your preferred pickup location.In the next step, you'll also select your preferred pickup date and time slot.
